SlugFest Games Kickstarter Policies
SlugFest Games (“SFG”) frequently offers content to customers through Kickstarter. This document states the policies and rules surrounding such offers. SFG reserves the right to change these policies at any time without notice.
If you do not agree to these policies, please wait and purchase the retail edition of the game rather than backing one of SFG’s Kickstarter campaigns.
Privacy: SFG will never sell your personal information (including email addresses, home addresses, phone numbers, etc). SFG will not contact you without permission, except in the following cases:
- Sending you information about the campaign, and possible later campaigns, through Kickstarter direct messages, Updates or Comments
- Sending you direct email to address problems with your pledge or delivery
Delivery Information: It is your responsibility to provide SFG with the information needed to fulfill your campaign rewards, such as your address. SFG will make reasonable efforts to contact you for the necessary information. If such information has not been provided by two years after the close of the campaign, SFG reserves the right to refund your pledge and cancel your reward delivery.
Extra Content: Some of SFG’s Kickstarter campaigns include extra content that will not appear in the retail version of the game. SFG reserves the right to sell such content to customers that did not back the Kickstarter campaign, starting no earlier than one year after campaign fulfillment.
Release Schedule: SFG will make efforts to ensure that backers receive their games before the retail edition of the game becomes widely available. However, SFG does not guarantee this.
International Shipping: If you live outside the United States, you are responsible for all import taxes, duties and tariffs on your shipment, unless the Kickstarter campaign specifically states otherwise for your region. If customs-free shipping is not offered to your region, SFG may use a regional shipping partner if practical, but this is not guaranteed.
Manufacturing Flaws and Damage: SFG stands behind its products. If your shipment includes a product that is damaged or has missing or misprinted components, please contact support@slugfestgames.com for replacement of any problematic components, free of charge.
